Learn drinking techniques to halt at the buzz

If  we can learn to “stop at the“buzz,” we can control our relationship with alcohol. For most people, 3 or 4 drinks make them feel tipsy or buzzed.  Alcohol is a drug which is technically a CNS depressant, yet the initial effects of alcohol are more stimulating and euphoric. People tend not to get into serious trouble from these smaller amounts, but  people drink more under the assumption that more alcohol equals more good. It does not.
